I love sunflowers either as whole fields or as single specimens like this one growing in our garden. We’ve had a fair bit of wind and rain recently so they’re all looking a bit bedraggled but the seeds are beginning to form in the centre and you can just see the start of the Fibonacci patterns that they create [ 1, 2 ].
